This pita rose iced latte recipe is one of my favorites for summer, hot or cold. If you’re looking to make it often & quickly, I recommend making my rose simple syrup as no heat is necessary for adding to the honey to dissolve it.
Pitaya Rose Latte Recipe
- 1 cups + 1/3 cup oat milk or fresh cashew milk
- 1 shot strong espresso
- 1-2 tbsp honey
- 1/4-1/2 tsp rose water
- 1/2 packet frozen pitaya purée
- Freeze strained frozen pitaya into cubes after letting it melt and combine with enough water to still have color.
- Cold stream your milk and add 1/4 of a frozen pitaya packet to your steamer along with honey and rose water. Pour over your Ice and add espresso!
