Hi All! Here is a list of what we will be creating. I’ve linked a few of the items that are a bit “unique” which are the butterfly pea flowers/powder, passionfruit, as well as the Dry brand lavender sparkling. The Dry brand as well as the passionfruit can be found at Whole Foods. The passionfruit can be found in the juice aisle as well as the frozen section. I prefer the pulp version that is frozen! Dry brand can also be found at most large-chain beverage stores such as ABC Liquors.



Be sure to purchase your alcohol of choice prior to the class if you plan on creating a real drink vs. a mocktail! I have noted the alcohol of choice for the mocktails. We will not need any additional ingredients outside of the noted ones in the recipe except for adjusting amounts here and there!
What We Will Be Making
- Classic Guacamole
- Lavender Lemonade Cooler (Vodka-based if drinking)
- Mocktail Margarita with Passionfruit (Tequilla or Mezcal) Tonic is not necessary for the cocktail version – but I recommend keeping the orange juice as required, not optional!
