This ashwagandha tea latte recipe is an unconventional latte but certainly full of flavor. It’s not entirely a latte as it has ingredients that technically make it a smoothie. It’s perfect for the morning if you want a bit a pick me up without caffeine and a small breakfast.






Ashwagandha Latte Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 oz steeped #chaga #ashwaghanda herbal tea I typically use @teeccino
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup oats
- 10 almonds/ Handful or splash almond or oat milk
- 4-5 ice cubes optional
- 2 tsp cacao
Instructions
- First, brew 8 oz of steeped Chaga Ashwaghanda herbal tea and let cool.
- Add your other ingredients to a blender with your cooled tea. Blend well, serve, & enjoy.
