I’ve been making creative latte recipes over the last few months as I’ve pulled away from alcohol over the last two years. I’ve made fall coffee recipes, summer iced latte recipes, and flavorful ones to incorporate into all seasons.
These are coffee-based,matcha-based, mushroom latte recipes, or colorful unexpected ones. Additionally, I understand some individuals enjoy iced coffee even in the winter. Although I am not one of those individuals I realize it’s important to include a few. Any of these latte drinks are able to be made hot or cold. It’s whatever your preference is.

This dirty chai homemade latte recipe is a favorite when you want a flavorful pick-me-up without having a traditional latte. Adaptogen Latte Smoothie Recipe

This latte recipe isn’t exactly a latte to most however it’s similar to some regard. It’s a great option for those that enjoy both. Made with ashwagandha and chaga make it recognized as an adaptogen or what allows our bodies to “adapt” to stressors. It’s also suggested that it potentially boosts endurance & immunity.
If you are a MCAS, dysautonomia, or POTS reader, please note my details on heart rate susceptibility. This is due to mushroom-based ingredients which I detail in the below post.
